GBR Realty was established in 2008 by Kevin and Lisa White. Together they have a total of 37 years of experience in real estate sales and real estate investing. As a company they specialize in residential and commercial real estate sales. Their daily mission is to provide a service that is unparalleled and that cannot be compared to any other experience. They strive to always put our client’s needs first by providing accurate information and intelligent options to empower them in reaching their homeownership goals. They seek to create life-long relationships based on mutual loyalty and respect of their client’s best interests and objectives. Lisa has a passion for giving back to her community and she achieves this through membership in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc, Jack and Jill of America and Junior League of Houston. Lisa has been married to Co-Owner Kevin for 18 years and together they have two daughters Kendal 11 and Kadence 7. Family is very important to Lisa. Her priorities in life are God, Family and Friends and Real Estate. It is important to Lisa that she is present for her family and to be a part everything that they are a part of.
As a Realtor, you wear many hats that span from an being an counselor to an economic advisor specifically in the area of real estate. It was important to Lisa to create a platform in which she could educate the masses about real estate and other relevant topics. She partnered with three other Realtors Kimberly Dixon-Dudley, Marla Lewis and Tanna Young to create Red Door Conversations Podcast. The purpose of this podcast is to bring pertinent real estate news and empower and educate individuals as it relates to making sound real estate decisions.

Kevin White is a Founding Partner of GBR Realty. Kevin has been involved in real estate since 1998. Specializing in real estate investment and construction, he believes that knowledge, integrity and local expertise are the keys to success. Kevin is particularly fluent in the aspects of both residential and commercial investments while bringing an insider’s perspective to every transaction. Known for using analytical research and trend analysis to determine market trends, Kevin is committed to providing impeccable service throughout every step of a transaction. With a background in the construction industry and MBA in International Business, Kevin utilizes his experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the complex list of repairs and investment decisions that may arise during a transaction. A graduate of Prairie View A&M University, when Kevin isn’t working residential or commercial real estate transactions, he enjoys spending time with his family, or running the occasional marathon.

Heather is a native Houstonian who is passionate about helping those around her. A mother to three children and she is married to Carlos Soto. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and in her community helping others that may be in need. Her approach to real estate is to focus on the needs of the individual and help find creative ways to assist them in achieving their homeownership goals. Heather has been a Realtor for eleven years. She has served in the capacity as a part - time agent and the assistant to Lisa. Heather has worked in the oil and gas industry for the past thirteen years and is currently a Regulatory Analyst
